At the Allegheny River Retreat Center (A.R.R.C), our vision is to not only see our Mission come to fruition for the current generation, but also for the generations to come. We envision individuals, families and groups to discover their true identify, develop strong healthy relationships, and become self-empowered.
About Us
Kevin and Tami Barthen answered the call of God and bought the A.R.R.C. Mountain in 2017! Together, they are working tirelessly to develop this Retreat Center to allow individuals, families and groups to discover their identity, develop relationships and empower them to fulfill their God given assignments, all in a beautiful and peaceful environment.
For them, it’s all about providing YOU a place to discover your identity, develop relationships and help you empower your destiny.
Our Location
The A.R.R.C. is located at 555 S. Penn Road, Franklin, Pennsylvania 16323, nestled in the quiet hills of the Allegheny Mountains of Western Pennsylvania.
We are an easy drive from Erie, PA (65 miles), Youngstown, PA (60 miles), Cleveland, OH (113 miles), Pittsburgh, PA (86 miles), Johnstown, PA (114 miles), Harrisburg, PA (221 miles), and Baltimore, MD (300 miles) as a few examples.
The A.R.R.C provides a unique setting for a time of refreshment and recreation away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
